Anytime Doctor provides a personalised, secure web-based portal that provides patients with 24/7 access to their health records, lab results and prescription information anywhere in the world.
In an emergency you should visit your local Accident & Emergency Department or call 999.
If you feel unwell or if you have concerns about a side effect of a medicine you are taking, you need to seek advice and if you feel very ill, get medical help straight away. Contact your GP, pharmacist, nurse or call NHS Direct on 111.

Our UK patient coordinators are available Mon-Fri 9am-5pm. Patient coordinators are not clinicians, however they can inform you of our range of services, and assist with any queries you may have about the service. You can contact a GMC registered doctor via your patient record. Patient coordinators are unable to respond to medical queries - for medical queries and consultations you must register and contact a doctor through your secure medical record.
