Anytime Doctor's clinical team are only UK-based and UK-certified doctors, pharmacists, and customer support staff. Prescribing doctors are experienced GPs who also work in the NHS. Our staff work together as part of a team and undertake specific skills and training to deliver care safely online.
Dr Philip Veal studied at Queen’s University Belfast qualifying in 2003 and became a Member of Royal College of General Practitioners (MRCGP) in 2007. He holds a postgraduate Diploma in Mental Health and a Masters Degree in Public Health.
Dr Veal is a Public Health Consultant for the Public Health Agency (PHA) Northern Ireland and a General Practitioner. Within the Public health space Dr Veal also has a passionate interest in outbreak management and programmes to address antimicrobial resistance.
Dr Summerhill is a GP with a dedicated interest in womens health and menopause. She qualified from Guy’s, King’s and St Thomas’s (GKT) School of Medical Education in London in 2007. She qualified as a GP from the Royal College of General Practitioners (RCGP) in 2015 and has undertaken specialist training in women’s health having achieved diplomas from the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (DRCOG) as well as the Faculty of Sexual and Reproductive Health (DFSRH). She has the Letter of Competence from the FSRH for both coils and implants. She is a member of the British Menopause Society (BMS) and was a member of the programme planning committee for the 2020 BMS Annual Scientific Conference.
Dr Summerhill is currently training for a diploma in Psychosexual Medicine from the Institute of Psychosexual Medicine.

Rafiat is a highly experienced clinical pharmacist with a strong background in both hospital and primary care settings. She began her career after graduating with an MSc in Pharmacy from the Medway School of Pharmacy, going on to complete a Postgraduate Diploma while gaining hands-on experience in acute wards, elderly care, and the chemotherapy day unit.
She later completed a second MSc in Pharmacy Practice, where she undertook independent prescribing training and delivered a service development project aimed at enhancing patient care quality.
Now serving as a Lead Pharmacist, Rafiat specialises in the management of long-term conditions, with particular clinical interests in women’s health, diabetes, and palliative care. Her approach is centred on reducing health inequalities and ensuring patients receive personalised education, compassionate support, and equitable access to care.
Dilip Vakani is a seasoned pharmacist with more than two decades of experience. He has successfully operated his own pharmacy for over 20 years and has held various positions in the community pharmacy sector during his career. His roles have encompassed pharmacy management, training, supervision of dispensing courses, and ongoing commitment to quality and governance review.
