For all medication requests prescribed by a doctor and sent to the pharmacy by 1pm, you can expect delivery as follows:
Orders prescribed and processed between 1pm and 5pm may still arrive the next day, but orders prescribed after 1pm will generally be processed for delivery in two working days.
For safety and regulatory reasons, prescription medicines cannot be returned once they have been dispatched. This is to ensure the safety and integrity of the medications you receive.
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery time frame, please contact us as soon as possible. We will track your order and investigate the cause of the delay. In the case of missing items, we will work with the delivery service provider to resolve the issue promptly.
