Aims and Objectives

Anytime Doctor (Anytime Medical Limited, trading as Anytime Doctor) aims to provide a range of confidential, high quality internet healthcare services to adult patients through confidential online health assessments with GMC-registered doctors and the private prescribing of medicines.

Anytime Doctor's key objective is to provide a patient-centred healthcare service, readily accessible, and which exceeds individual expectations whilst complying with the current regulations of the Care Quality Commission (Registration) Regulations 2009 and the fundamental standards and regulations of the Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) Regulations 2014.

Kinds of Services Provided by Anytime Doctor

Anytime Doctor provides online Internet healthcare services in the form of the following regulated activity:

Treatment of disease, disorder or injury

This includes private and confidential online health consultations with a medical practitioner via the Internet, the provision of individual health advice and the issuing of private prescriptions for medication. Medicines are prescribed in relation to the treatment of impotence, hair loss, premature ejaculation, weight loss, influenza, smoking cessation, raised cholesterol, travellers' diarrhoea, jetlag, malaria, travel pack, acne, asthma, thrush, menstrual postponement, diabetes, migraine, hypertension, contraception, fungal nail, altitude sickness, and treatments and tests in relation to sexually transmitted infections (STIs).

Anytime Doctor provides online consultations in accordance with patients' individual wishes. All consultations are subject to a strict health assessment by a GMC-registered doctor for suitability. During an initial online consultation, a general medical history will be taken and patients will subsequently be advised of recommended treatments for purchase along with individual costs. Information will also be given of the expected effects and potential side-effects of each medicine. Patient information leaflets are always sent to the patient with any medication.

All private prescriptions are sent to Shivakem Pharmacy Ltd. (12a Court Parade, Wembley, Middlesex, HA0 3HU, UK, Tel: 020 8904 1514) which is a General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) registered pharmacy for dispensing. The GPhC Registered Premises number for Shivakem Pharmacy is 1035195, and the Superintendent Pharmacist is Mr. Dilip G. Vakani (BSc. Pharm, M R Pharm. S GB. – 2032865).
