How does Anytime Doctor Work?
Our regulated process has been designed to be simple to use and user friendly:
Our consultation process is fast and efficient. Simply click on the medical condition for which you would like a medical consultation from the menu on the left-hand side of the page. Click on the start your consultation button and complete the registration form. You will then be asked to complete a medical health questionnaire which will be assessed by licensed doctor. The whole process has been designed to take you under 5 minutes to complete.
A GMC-registered doctor will review your medical health questionnaire and make a diagnosis. If your doctor requires further information from you they will send you a message which you can access inside your medical record by using your login and password. Your medical record and messages are private and only accessible to yourself. You do not need to constantly check your email, we will send you a text message when a doctor sends you a message. After a diagnosis has been made, you will receive an e-mail and text message asking you to login. A doctor will normally process your medical consultation within 30 minutes after it has been submitted. Occasionally it may take slightly longer depending on the volume of consultations awaiting diagnosis. Anytime Doctor is open between the hours of 9.00am and 6.00pm although doctors are on duty outside these hours and on weekends.
After a doctor has made a diagnosis you will be able to see which treatments they have approved for you to purchase. After you login select the treatment you wish to purchase and press the “Order Now” button. This will take you to our secure payment gateway where you must enter your credit or debit card details to proceed with your treatment purchase. We do not store your credit or debit card details.
You are under no pressure to begin a course of treatment and we do not pressure you into any purchase. To assist you further your medical consultation history will be held on our secure database which is accessible by yourself at any time should you wish to proceed with your purchase.
Simply login to your secure medical record and you can view your previous medical consultations, messages between yourself and a doctor and all previously ordered treatments. Click on the Order tab and press the “Order Now” button. During the payment process you will be asked to check and confirm that your medical details are still correct. It is important that you update your medical record if your medical details have changed. Once you have done this you can proceed to the payment stage.
If your treatment purchase order is received and processed by a doctor before 3.00pm Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) your medication will be dispatched on the same business day. Orders received on Saturdays or Sundays are dispatched for the next business day. All medications are discreetly packaged with no mention of Anytime Doctor on the packaging. All packages are sent by Royal Mail Tracked 24™ Delivery, you are not charged for delivery.
Your medicines can be delivered to any address within the UK. Many of our patients choose to have their packages sent to their place of work as our packaging is very discrete. During the payment stage you will be offered a choice of delivery address.
